Dr. Valerie Vaughan-Dick, Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Institute of British Architects, delivered a speech.
The delicate and realistic color reproduction, clear and stable image performance, and low-latency display experience made information transmission more direct and efficient, creating a professional meeting atmosphere of “seeing the screen as if face-to-face” on-site, and also providing reliable technical support for high-density intellectual exchange.
INNOVATION IN DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND POLICY
That afternoon, the first forum unfolded with the theme “Future Architecture – Investment, Development, and Policy Innovation.”

From investment logic to urban governance, from institutional innovation to spatial expression, the clash of diverse perspectives moved the concept of “future” beyond mere abstraction, gradually progressing towards a realistic path that can be discussed and practiced.
COCKTAIL PARTY- BIG BAY AREA NIGHT
During the event, Unilumin created a leisure yet tech-savvy high-end exchange space in the entrance area of the main venue. Through the combined application of products like the U-Natural Texture Screen and VF Light strips, the space balanced artistic aesthetics with information expression, allowing technology to better integrate into the architectural space itself.

On the evening of the 16th, the “Greater Bay Area Night” cocktail reception warmly commenced here. Nearly a hundred guests and partners from architectural firms, investment, development, and other fields gathered for exchange.
On-site, Chris Williamson, President of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), presented Unilumin with the “CERTIFICATE OF BEST CONTRIBUTION Supporting Organization”. Yuan Daoren, Vice President of Unilumin Group, accepted the award on behalf of the company.

Architectural design and LED display & lighting technology are intrinsically connected.
Having deep cultivation in the industry for over twenty years, Unilumin continuously enhances its technological innovation capabilities from display to lighting, and its comprehensive solution capabilities from products to scenarios, providing implementable “digital infrastructure” for high-end homes, architectural art spaces, and future lifestyles.
Such as the Texture Screen that showcases premium patterns when off, and stunning visuals when on; or the Holographic Screen with “over 90% transparency, thin as a coin, ‘invisible’ when off”; and also the VF professional lighting solution that “shows light, not the fixture, achieving multi-angle precise light distribution”… All resonate with the developmental needs of architectural art against the backdrop of concurrent technological evolution and climate change.
Saudi Arabia’s Dammam landmark building AKH Tower – Unilumin created a 2806㎡ LED glass curtain wall, invisible when off, dazzling when on, becoming a new symbol for spreading urban culture and brand value in the Middle East.

In the future, Unilumin will continue to walk alongside architects, designers, brands, and industry partners, validating technological value in real scenarios, and exploring more vibrant spatial expressions through long-term collaboration. Let every imagination about future lifestyles be seen and realized.
