Unilumin Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter “Unilumin”) has received many inquiries of late regarding one association has similar domain and engaged in the same business with Unilumin, besides, the association also extending its business and make dealing under this domain.
After investigation, Unilumin found domain "www. unilumenled.com" is highly overlapped with that of Unilumin, and the main part "Unilumenled" is extremely similar with registered trademark of Unilumin, its main business include LED display and LED lighting, which is the same with Unilumin.
Unilumin is a leader in LED industry, the trade mark “Unilumin” has been applied in March 12, 2008 and registered in May, 21, 2010. Unilumin has been use the domain www.unilumin.com since Feb. 29, 2008.
Due to the fact that this association has a similar name and the same business as Unilumin, it may cause confuse and misunderstanding among LED practitioners, it is unfair competition and caused great harm to Unilumin. According to General Principles of the Civil Law of the People's Republic of China, Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Application of Laws in the Trial of Civil Disputes Over Domain Names of Computer Network [Effective], Unilumin reserves the rights to require legal entity of Unilumenled to immediately stop the infringement, cancel domain and make compensation for our losses.
Unilumin hereby solemnly declare that without the authorization of Unilumin, any of the same or similar to the "Unilumin" registered trademark letter combination as a domain name are violations of our registered trademark exclusive right and shall be deemed to be unfair competition. Unilumin will deal with it seriously according to laws.
